Registration of amendment

When a legal entity needs to make any changes to its registration — such as changing its name, head office address, branch, objectives, directors, director’s authority, partners, company seal, capital, or shareholding structure, etc. — it must file for registration of the change with the Department of Business Development (DBD). If the business is also registered for VAT, it must submit the change to both the DBD and the Revenue Department.
